Cancellations

Guests are requested to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost upon confirming your reservation. You will then be asked to pay the final payment for your accommodation two weeks prior to your arrival.

If you must cancel your booking, we will refund your deposit, minus 10%, if:

We are able to re-rent your room(s) or
You cancel at least 4 months before your planned arrival.
