The apartment is available for rent for a minimum of one week. * These rates are for two persons and include all taxes. Add $50 per day for the use of the second bedroom.

Mexican & Canadian guests may request quote in either pesos or Canadian Dollars.

Cancellations

Guests are requested to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost upon confirming your reservation. You will then be asked to pay the final payment for your accommodation two weeks prior to your arrival.

If you must cancel your booking, we will refund your deposit, minus 10%, if:

We are able to re-rent your room(s) or
You cancel at least 4 months before your planned arrival.
