The initial 50% deposit will be processed immediately and the final 50%
payment will be processed either shortly before your departure or on your
arrival at the resort.

Cancellations
Guests are requested to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost upon
confirming your reservation. You will then be asked to pay the final payment for
your accommodation two weeks prior to your arrival.
If you must cancel your booking, we will refund your deposit, minus 10%,
if:
- We are able to re-rent your room(s) or
- You cancel at least 4 months before your planned arrival.

to ensure that your confidentiality is respected.
Your personal information such as name, address, phone number, or e-mail
address which you give to us is not shared with anyone.
Your credit card information is entered directly by
you to Internetsecure, which is one of the world's most highly
respected internet credit card processing companies. We, at Regalo del Mar, do
not have access to these private financial details about you.
You, on the other hand, should feel perfectly free to contact us directly at
Regalo del Mar about any concern that you may have --- either about your stay
with us or any financial question that you have.
